Product Information

All pillows are handcrafted. The needlepoints are vintage and therefore “used”. The silks, fabrics, and trimmings are new. The stuffing is new 100% polyester down-like cluster fill. The needlepoints have been hand-laundered and are as clean as possible. I cannot guarantee they are allergy-free.

Vintage items are rarely perfect, that is what gives them their charm and time-worn, previously loved elegance.

We are not a bespoke business. We do not do custom orders, custom requests, or create using your supplies. We offer our own inventory. Each pillow is one-of-a-kind and will not be reproduced. Thank you for your understanding.

smWollmanDesigns cannot be held responsible for misuse of our product. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of the product for their use.

Payment & Returns

PayPal is smWollmanDeisgn's preferred method of payment. PayPal is a secure payments service that will never use your information but for this sale. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. To learn more, please go to www.paypal.com.  

The pillows are one-of-a-kind and therefore are non-refundable unless grossly misrepresented. Please notify me via email within three days of receipt if there is a problem. Return shipping is non-refundable.

South Dakota residents will charged  state sales tax. 

Shipping & International Orders

All pillows and tuffets are shipped to the Unites States via USPS Parcel Post or UPS. Upgrade to USPS Priority an be arranged for a fee, please contact us for a quote. Priority Post must be paid before shipping.

Pillows purchased throughout the week are shipped the following Monday morning. We ship USPS Parcel Post or UPS so you should receive your pillows on Friday or Saturday. If you are needing a pillow sooner, please contact us and we will arrange for USPS Priority. 

 For international shipping, please contact us before making a purchase. As of January 2022 International Rates have increased (as per USPS). One pillow or slip may cost $40 to $65 per. Please to contact us for an estimate before purchase, we will be able to give you an accurate shipping price. Payment for the extra shipping will be required via PayPal before the package is shipped.  International buyers are responsible for customs and duty fees. We are unable to ship pumpkins and acorns internationally. If you have any questions, please contact us. 

If you make more than one purchase in a day, shipping overages will be refunded before shipping.

Privacy Policy

smWollmanDesigns respects your privacy and will only use your information to complete this sale; we will never give out your personal information to a third party. This website does not retain your financial information. Our newsletter list will be used by us alone. We will never sell or give your email to another party.
